Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Orders will be fulfilled Monday through Friday and delivering only on weekdays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in fulfilling your order. You will be notified should there be anything longer than a 3 business day delay.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This will allow you to check on the status of your order.

If you need to update or change your address and your order has already shipped, please contact FedEx to apply these changes. If the order has not shipped yet, please contact us at 877-544-4342 or email support@mouthwatch.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

MouthWatch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and charged directly by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

If our cameras weren’t the right solution for you, that’s okay! We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date attached to your order. We offer free returns for all US-based orders to make it as easy as possible for sending your order back.

Once we receive the items back, we will refund the amount charged back to the original form of payment.

The items can be opened, sealed, or gently used as long as it is eligible to return in accordance with the thirty-day policy.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box, or any available to you.
  2. Email us with your intent to return your purchase at info@mouthwatch.com or call us at 877-544-4342.
  3. We’ll email you back with a return label.
  4. Print out this label and affix to your package.
  5. Bring your package to a FedEx return drop off location. More details on return drop off locations can be found here.
  6. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned items.
