Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

Eligibility: The MouthWatch 94 Days of Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of MouthWatch and their immediate families are ineligible.

Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins 6/20/2024 at 12:01 AM ET and ends 6/20/2024 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter: 

Online Entry: During the Entry Period, customers making a purchase (of $300 or more) automatically receive 1 entry into the sweepstakes.

Social Media Entry (Alternative Method): 

1. a)  Become a follower of MouthWatch (@MouthWatch) on Instagram and Facebook, if you are not already;
2. b)  Post a comment in response to MouthWatch’s Instagram and Facebook post promoting the 94 Days of Summer Flash Sale and include the hashtags #MouthWatchSummer.

Email Entry (Alternative Method): Provide your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth in an email sent to sweepstakes@mouthwatch.com to receive 1 entry. Entries must be sent by 6/20/2024 at 11:59 PM ET.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per entry method. Multiple entries will disqualify.

Prizes: 

One (1) Grand Prize – YETI Tundra 35 Cooler (ARV $275.00).

Prizes are non-transferable. Taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility.

Random Drawing: Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on/about 6/26/2024 from all eligible entries. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Submissions received during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Winner(s)”.  Drawing(s) will be conducted by MouthWatch, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.  Potential winner(s) will be contacted by Instagram direct message, Facebook direct message, and/or via email, and will be asked to provide the necessary information (such as first and last name, email address, mailing address, and/or phone number) to MouthWatch. 

Conditions of Participation: Prize is not transferable. Taxes on Prize are sole responsibility of Winner.  No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed. MouthWatch shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize or any component thereof for any reason.  Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of MouthWatch, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. In the event that any prize notification message is returned as undeliverable or if no response to the prize notification message is received within the time period stated or if the potential winner is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may, in MouthWatch’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from among remaining eligible Submissions.  If Mouth
Watch is unable to confirm a winner after three (3) good faith attempts, the Prize may not be awarded.  If the confirmed Winner forfeits the Prize for any reason after confirmation, no alternate winner will be selected. In no event will more than one (1) Prize be awarded. If, for any reason, more than one (1) Prize notification is sent (or more than one (1) claim is received), MouthWatch reserves the right to award the Prize through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. As a condition of entry, entrants agree that (1) the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram; and (2) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes will be directed to MouthWatch, not to Facebook or Instagram. Failure by the MouthWatch to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
